Bespoke and Custom boat design

An example of working through a custom design - After the consultation stage and the preliminary plans have been drawn, we move on to computer testing. The basic parameters are entered numerically. Then the shape of the hull can be modified and tested to get it just right.

Below is an example of just one screen from a CAD custom   design.
There are many other screens detailing such properties as; hydrostatic, hydrodynamic, heeling and immersion coefficients. Displacements, cross curves, centres of buoyancy & lateral resistance etc,. All these factors are important in getting the design right and providing the information the build the boat accurately.

Finally the drawings and figures are printed out to construct the frames around which the boat is built.
